1. OUR CORE COMMITMENT TO YOUR PRIVACY

WE WANT TO BE DIRECT AND TRANSPARENT WITH YOU:

Your sales data, your business activities, your inventory information, and your transaction records are YOUR private business information. We treat all Seller data as strictly confidential. We do not sell, rent, share, mine, analyze, or monetize your business data for any purpose other than providing and maintaining the Service itself.

Specifically:

  • We do NOT sell your data to third parties
  • We do NOT use your sales data for marketing purposes
  • We do NOT share your business information with advertisers
  • We do NOT analyze your sales patterns for our own commercial benefit
  • We do NOT provide your data to data brokers or analytics companies
  • We do NOT use your information to build marketing profiles

Your information exists on our platform for one reason: to provide you with the Service you are paying for. Period.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

2.1 Account Information

When you create an Account, we collect the information necessary to set up and maintain your Account, including:

  • Name and/or business name
  • Email address
  • Password (stored in encrypted form)
  • Billing information (processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full payment card details)

2.2 Seller Business Data

Through your use of the Service, we store the data you input and generate, including:

  • Inventory and product listings
  • Sales records and transaction histories
  • Invoices and receipts
  • Customer records you create or import
  • Live sale session data
  • Platform integration data (e.g., Square transaction sync)

THIS DATA IS YOURS. We store it solely to operate the Service on your behalf.

2.3 Technical and Login Data

We collect limited technical data necessary to keep the Service functioning and secure:

  • Login timestamps and session data (to maintain your authenticated sessions)
  • IP addresses (for security and fraud prevention only)
  • Browser type and version (for compatibility and debugging only)
  • Basic device information (for compatibility purposes only)

As of the effective date of this Policy, we do not use any third-party analytics, tracking pixels, advertising trackers, or marketing cookies on the Service. The only tracking that occurs is session-based login authentication to keep you signed in.

5.1 You Are the Data Controller

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CUSTOMER DATA YOU COLLECT AND STORE THROUGH THE SERVICE.

This means you are responsible for:

  • Complying with all applicable data protection and privacy laws regarding your Customers' information
  • Obtaining any necessary consent from your Customers for the collection and use of their data
  • Responding to your Customers' data access, correction, or deletion requests
  • Maintaining appropriate privacy notices and disclosures for your Customers

5.2 Account Security Is Your Responsibility

Your Customer data is only as secure as your Account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining strong, unique passwords and changing them regularly
  • Enabling any available security features (e.g., two-factor authentication)
  • Not sharing your Account credentials with unauthorized persons
  • Monitoring your Account for unauthorized access
  • Immediately notifying us if you believe your Account has been compromised

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU ROTATE YOUR PASSWORDS REGULARLY AND NEVER REUSE PASSWORDS FROM OTHER SERVICES. If someone gains access to your Account due to weak or compromised credentials, you are responsible for any resulting exposure of Customer data.

5.3 Our Role

We act as a data processor with respect to Customer data you store on the Service. We store it on your behalf, we do not access it except as described in Section 3.2 (troubleshooting), and we do not use it for any of our own purposes.

6. DATA SECURITY

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit (SSL/TLS)
  • Encrypted storage of passwords
  • Access controls limiting who can access production systems
  • Regular security reviews

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that you provide information at your own risk.

7. DATA RETENTION

We retain your Account and business data for as long as your Account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon Account closure:

  • We will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, unless retention is required by law
  • Some data may be retained in encrypted backups for a limited period as part of our standard backup procedures
  • We may retain minimal records as required for legal, tax, or compliance purposes

You may request deletion of your Account and associated data by contacting our support team. We will process such requests in accordance with applicable law.
